Balanced Within is an invitation to reconnect with what supports you from the inside out.

In a world that often asks us to move faster and do more, I offer the opposite - time to listen, pause and restore balance.

Through gentle, holistic practices, I support people seeking greater harmony in their body, mind and emotional life.

Sessions are personalised, respectful and guided by what you need in the moment.

You may arrive with a specific concern, or simply with the feeling that something is out of balance.

Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome exactly as you are.

PROFESSIONAL KINESIOLOGY (in-person sessions only)

Kinesiology is a holistic approach that supports physical, emotional and energetic balance.

Using gentle muscle feedback, sessions aim to identify stress and support the body’s natural self-regulating processes.

Kinesiology can be helpful for:

  • Stress and emotional release

  • Physical discomfort

  • Fatigue or lack of energy

  • Feeling out of balance or overwhelmed

BACH FLOWERS (in training) (online & in-person sessions)

Bach Flower Remedies are natural flower essences that support emotional wellbeing.

Remedies are selected individually, based on how you are feeling emotionally.

This approach can gently support you find:

  • Emotional clarity

  • Stress and anxiety release

  • Confidence

  • Inner peace

COMPLEMENTARY TECHNIQUES (in-person sessions only)

Depending on your needs, sessions may occasionally include gentle complementary techniques that support relaxation and overall balance.

Over the years, I have trained in several body-based approaches, including elements of therapeutic touch and massage.

While kinesiology remains at the heart of the work, these techniques may sometimes be used in a simple and respectful way to support the session, help release tension, or allow the body to relax more deeply.

As with every part of the session, this is always adapted to what feels most appropriate and comfortable for you, and is only included with your agreement.

Sessions are available in English & French.
